Our financial advisers are registered, but not authorised, financial advisers. This means that they can give you advice about entering into consumer credit contracts (such as mortgages). What should you do if something goes wrong?
If you have a problem, concern, or complaint about any part of their service, please tell the respective adviser so that they can try to resolve the problem.

If we cannot agree on how to resolve the issue, or if you decide not to use the internal complaints scheme, you can contact The Insurance & Savings Ombudsman Scheme Incorporated. This service will cost you nothing and will help us resolve any disagreements.
